(also when I trioed to use Attach Files button the response was 'Upload Skipped (Error ID)' If this is the incorrect sub-forum, please excuse. I have run dds.com and have included the attach.txt and dds.txt So could the problem be malware? I have run malwarebytes and not found anything. If I connect my desktop direct to modem or go thru older router my DL and UL is fine.ĪSUS only solution was to re-load OS onto desktop. I believe the router is basically ok as I can UL and DL from 2 different laptops EITHER wired or wireless. I have tried different wired cables and even different ports into desktop. I have disabled virus and firewall just to make sure that is not an issue. I must have a few bytes as I can email a small sentence and can mouse click some web sites. If I run speedtest from desktop with this new router my DL is normal but I have no UL. I have a wired connection to a Dell desktop running XP. I bought a new ASUS router because my older router would occasionally drop the internet connection. I originally posted this under General PC help and have been told to post here: Endpoint Detection & Response for Servers
